All sales are final for customized hats and accessories. Returns or exchanges are offered on a per-case basis and not guaranteed. Please measure and order carefully to be sure you get products that work for you. If there is an issue with sizing, we may be able to accommodate you. In lieu of a full return, we may offer partial returns and store credit for certain situations.
